This contemporary house is situated on a hill overlooking Hosmer pond, 3,5 miles from Camden harbor, home of the Windjammer fleet. Spectacular views from many windows and decks overlook the pond and Ragged Mountain. A dock across the street gives access to pond for swimming or boating. Public tennis courts and hiking trails at Snow Bowl Recreation Area are just a two-minute walk away. Decks on three sides with outside furniture and hammock: sit in the sun or shade. Scandinavian feel to cottage with pine paneling and rag rugs. Spiral staircase to a large carpeted bedroom loft (queen) with skylights and a small bath. Second bedroom with twin bed on first floor. Fully equipped galley kitchen, bathroom with shower. Good reading lights, linens, cable TV, VCR, microwave, grill, dishwasher. Occupancy: Three persons.
