Volunteers Needed

The Union Historical Society is looking for a few volunteers. No special skills are required except an interest in preserving Union's history.

The tasks include:

Cataloging materials donated to the society.
Copying newspaper clippings and other material to archival paper.
Placing protective covers on book collections.
Stamping book collections with the society identification.

There are many collections, documents, photos (including tintypes), scrapbooks and newspaper articles which are in need of your help to organize. Each person can donate as few or as many hours as their schedule allows. The reward is to see the history of Union preserved for future generations.
