If your local phone service provider is not Verizon, we will not be able to supply you with DSL at this time. Your specific needs for installation may require additional items including line filters, routers and switches. These items are not included in the equipment supplied by MIS. MIS does not install network cards in computers, nor does the company run wiring, do any work on electrical or phone cables, or install wall jacks. Please make sure that you have these items in place and functioning properly before requesting service.
PLEASE NOTE: Although there is no fee charged by the phone company for any accounts that cancel service within one calendar year from the date of installation, you are required to return the modem and all of the equipment that was delivered in the original package. Customers interested in seasonal service should contact our DSL Coordinator for more information.
