This message is being sent per our telephone conversation.  Your circuit
is
on the Cable & Wireless
scheduled maintenance list on July 1, 2000.  The timeframe for your
circuit
is between 2:00PM Eastern
and 7:00PM Eastern.  The testing is scheduled for a minimum time of thirty
minutes.  I forwarded a 
copy of the Cable & Wireless information letter.

>Over the Holiday weekend, Cable & Wireless USA will be conducting a
critical
>service upgrade.  The Maintenance window will be from 1:00 AM to
>7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday the 1st and 2nd of July. 
>A great deal of planning and synchronization has gone into the
preparation
of this
>scheduled maintenance to minimize service interruptions.  
>From 1:00 AM to 7:00AM you may experience up to 30 minutes of severely
degraded 
>service to a full outage.  This will be limited to a 30 minute time
frame.

>In addition to the potential 30 minute outage you may experience a
degradation in
>service at any time during the 6 hour maintenance window.
>We have scheduled backup dates of 8 and 9 July 2000 as a precautionary
measure.
