• February 13, 2008 3pm There's been something strange going on with an access point on Barret Hill, and it's affecting wireless customers who use that access point, as well as other access points that go through it. Our wireless team is investigating. Update, 3:45pm, Cam says "Should be better now."
• February 13, 2008 1:30am Many wireless users were without service this morning as well as many sub-locations that utilize Ragged Mountain. The problem was corrected around 3am.
• February 10, 2008 Some users had trouble logging into Squirrelmail on Sunday. We fixed the problem that evening.
• February 9, 2008 This evening Internet Phone customers are experience phone trouble. We have alerted the phone company responsible and they are working on the problem. This problem was fixed by about 7:00pm.
• February 3, 2008 10:30pm-12:00am. We had a problem with one of the mailservers for midcoast.com email addresses during this time.
