• January 30, 2008 An onsite electrical problem has caused the Oak Hill North Haven repeater to be out of service. It is primarily used by seasonal customers. We expect repair work to take place Monday.
• January 22, 2008 4:30pm A problem has been located on the Internet feed into Union. We have replaced equipment in Union and it did not fully correct the issue. It was too dark at this point to do the same work in Rockland and will be checked on first thing Wednesday morning. Current state is working but a bit slow.
• January 21, 2008, 8:30am A problem was located on one of our Virtual Web servers and was not allowing FTP connections. This has been corrected.
• January 20, 2008 One of our mail servers had a problem from about 8:00-8:30am.
• January 18, 2008 Some of our VOIP customers are reporting that not all inbound call are coming through. Our upstream provider is aware of the issue, and is working on it.
• January 17, 200812am DSL customers in Rockland may have an outage for about 15-45 minutes this morning while and upgrade takes place.
• January 4, 2008 12AM-1AM Our upstream provider for Digital Phone service will be conducting maintenance during this time and cause a brief outage for about 15 minutes.
• January 3, 2008 There has been another problem discovered with a provider upstream of us. There is no problem on the Midcoast.com network, but rather where various providers connect together Boston. We have already contacted those in charge and they are working quickly on a fix.
• January 3, 2008 There seems to be a problem at Wayfarer Marine in Camden which effects wireless users who point to it. We have already dispatched a tech to correct the issue.
• January 1, 2008 Happy New Year. This evening, widespread power outages are causing a few problems. Islesboro is without power and that affects Islesboro and Northport repeater locations. Other places are still working either on generator or our new long runtime battery systems. These include Camden locations and Westport. Our Newcastle office is without power, but isn't open for business this evening anyhow.
