• July 31, 2003 Some wireless customers who aim to Ragged Mountain have had trouble. We are aware and are investigating.
• July 29, 2003 3:25pm. 589-3003, a 56k number for Liberty had trouble where sometime it would answer and other times it would not. We have reset this and it is working properly now.
• July 29, 2003 8:00-10:15am. The earlier restart of www.midcoast.com did not work completely and needed a file system check and another reboot. Things should be fine now.
• July 29, 2003 3:15-3:45am. www.midcoast.com had an unscheduled restart this morning. During this time, people were unable to access email or visit the www.midcoast.com homepage.
• July 1, 2003 6:00pm Union is fixed now. Some minor performance upgrades were completed as well. Many fried items were replaced.
• July 1, 2003 The problem last night with Union was due to lightning. This fried/smoked/arc-welded several pieces of equipment in Union and we'll be working throught the day to replace and rewire things. In the meantime, 1-500-699-7201 should be a fine toll free substitute for 785-6622.
