• June 28, 2002 3:20pm. We are having trouble with our router in Union. This affected dialup and wireless in Union. We are working on it at this time. This was fixed by replacing equipment at about 4:45pm.
• June 27, 2002 11:20am. People have reported fast busies on 563-8999 and the modem equipment was not full. We have reset the equipment for this to see if that helps. We will keep an eye on it. Also 24 more lines were added to 563-6622, so if you get a busy on that number, please report it to the Damariscotta office.
• June 17, 2002 Midnight-1:00am June 18. 593-9332 will be disconnected at midnight and remain down for up to an hour while we move around some gear. Customers in the Verizon calling area using this line, that have Verizon as their phone provider, should use our new toll free 500 number. The number is 1-500-699-7200. June, 18 2002 12:30am. Success. Everthing is working.
• June 15, 2002 9:30am. Damariscotta and Washington were out of service for about one minute while a router in Owls Head had to be restarted due to operator error.
• June 15, 2002 Between 8:30 and about 9:20, people had trouble sending email. This has been fixed.
• June 14, 2002 Our 1-500 numbers will be out of service at 11pm tonight for a minute for a reboot and upgrade of our t3 switch/multiplexer.
• June 5, 2002 10pm-11:50pm. The T1 between Owls Head and Damariscotta was misbehaving - sort of half down. This caused on again and off again performance trouble for people in Damariscotta and Wiscasset.
• June 3, 2002 Customers dialing into 882-9664 & 442-8652 were having trouble autenticating this morning. This has been fixed. We had to reboot a piece of gear. Customers in the Verizon calling area using these lines, that have Verizon as their phone provider, should use our new toll free 500 number. The number is 1-500-699-7200.
