- March 27, 2002 A newsletter was sent to all midcoast.com
customers yesterday. All lincoln.midcoast.com customers will receive one
today. A copy of the newsletter is here.
- March 27, 2002 9:25am. The T1 serving liberty's 589-3380 number
had to have the telco line card reset. After that was done, 589-3380
authenticates and works properly.
- March 21, 2002 3:45pm - 4:30pm. Ingrahams Hill and Rockland
wireless customers who point to Owls Head are being interupted while we
change some equipment in Owls Head. This is to fix performance problems
which have been happening today.
- March 10, 2002 7:30 am. Power is out on Benner Hill. Some wicked wind
this morning! We are currently running on generator power. 9:30 am. Power has been restored.
- March 5, 2002 During the day, Damariscotta users had slow
access at time, and an outage for a couple of minutes. This was due to a
T1 being down between Owls Head and Damariscotta. Most of the time it was
down, things were being routed via Washington to Damariscotta. The outage
this afternoon for a couple of minutes was due to Verizon turning the T1
back on, but it had a loop on it they forgot to take off. When that
was fixed traffic was back to normal.
- March 1, 2002 Benner Hill wireless will be a little slower for
about 30 minutes this afternoon while we swap some radios there. The
backup link is causing the slowness while the high speed link is being
worked on. This was completed in about 20 minutes.
