• October 13, 2008 11:30am-12:00pm. There was a problem with one of our webhosting servers during this time. This affected some customer domains while it was being fixed.
• October 9, 2008 12:10-12:30pm. Many things were interupted by a short outage during this time. The cause seems to be a strong denial-of-service attack on a customer location and has since been blocked.
• October 8, 2008 A small number of customers who aim to Benner Hill from Rockland had trouble today that was caused by a faulty lightning arrestor on one access point at Benner Hill. This faulty part has been removed and performance has been restored.
• October 7, 2008 Some wireless users who point to Benner Hill in Rockland are going to experience several outages throughout the day while equipment is being moved from our old tower to the new one.
