Healthy Living Group

Beginning Thursday Sept. 10 at 9:00am in the lounge at the back of the church

 

This discussion-format class covers a wide-ranging spectrum of different aspects of Healthy Living, including nutrition and medical care. Parish Nurse Nancy Lewis is the facilitator. All are welcome!

 

Balance Class

Beginning Tuesday Sept. 22 at 9:00am

 

The class meets in Kimball Hall on the lower level and runs through October 27. The facilitator is Physical Therapist Margaret Phillips, and she recommends wearing loose, comfortable clothing and shoes with good grip and support. A sign-up sheet has been posted on the membership center bulletin board, or register by calling the church office.

 

 

2009 Quilt Raffle

This 66" x 88" hand-stitched quilt is made of two-inch blocks in vivid shades of red. Raffle tickets can be obtained from any Ladies' Guild member at $1 each or 6 for $5. The winning ticket will be drawn at the Holiday Fair on November 21.
