PARADE of BOATS on NORTON'S POND SUNDAY 23rd 2:30 PM

The Parade of Boats on the Pond begins at 2:30, Sunday, the 23rd following the official dedication of the new boat ramp. Anything that floats is eligible to participate and all boating laws will be in effect, so bring that life jacket. Register with the Committee Boat moored in the Pond from 1:30 - 2:00 to get a chance to win one of many prizes in the drawing to follow.

Due to heavier than normal boat traffic during the afternoon, it would be appreciated if water skiing and tubing were enjoyed earlier or later that Sunday.

Also, due to Bicentennial events taking place all week-end at Breezemere Park, the Boat Ramp in the Center will be closed for launchings and for take-outs, as well as for parking, from 10:00 AM on Friday, June 21st until 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 23rd. Those wishing to launch their boats or arrange for pick-ups or take-outs, should plan to use the boats ramps at Route 52 or Bog Bridge.
