How to Reset Your Life

Beginning in January 2008, Dr. Kalen Hammann will be conducting a 3-month LifeReset coaching program and YOU can take part in it!

Structure:

q       A private intake session in which you and Dr. Hammann identify your focus for the program.

q       12 weekly 1-hour group coaching sessions by telephone in which Dr. Hammann will provide and help you apply powerful principles and techniques you can use right away to Reset your life. Sessions will be Monday evenings from 7-8 p.m. beginning January 21.

q       12 weekly 1-hour “open questions” sessions by telephone in which  Dr. Hammann will address any questions that are arising, obstacles you are facing, etc.- and you can listen in and learn as he talks with others about their situations. Sessions will be Tuesday from 4-5 p.m. beginning January 22, 2008.

q       Week 7: Making it Real, Part 1:  Key Action Areas (Deciding what you’ll improve)

q       Week 8: Making it Real, Part 2: Action Strategies (How to know what to do)

q       Week 9: Making it Real, Part 3: The Power of Time Blocking (How to get the important things done!)

q       Week 10: Building  Momentum, Part 1: Adjusting Course before you get too far off track

q       Week 11: Building Momentum, Part 2: Learning even- and especially – when what you’re working  doesn’t work. Celebrating when it does!

q       Week 12: The Three Keys revisited: how to keep on building the life you want
