The Appleton Trail Makers Snowmobile Club welcomes anyone who enjoys the outdoors, not just snowmobilers. The Trail Makers are your friends and neighbors who volunteer their time and energy to maintain a local trail system that everyone can enjoy. Without the snowmobile club, a local trail system would not exist. Club meetings are September through April on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at Bartlett's Auto Repair on West Appleton Road, at 7:00 PM.

The Appleton Trail System is generally open to skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and bicycling. Very few trails are open to ATVs. As always, it is best to check with local landownders before traversing private land. Please stay on marked trails. In some areas, riding off the trail can mean losing trail access altogether.
