new construction: St. Pierre dory
Two projects we worked on recently which we don't have photos of are:

34' Mainship - repairing a waterlogged pilot house top: The flying bridge was lifted off, temporary supports were installed to brace the overhead in the pilot house, the top layers of glass were cut off, the core was removed (with a shovel!), a new Divincell core was installed, structural glass applied, the surface faired, gelcoat was sprayed & sanded & polished, finally the flying bridge was reinstalled.

26' Skiff Craft - replacing the garboard planks. This lapstrake cruiser is a well built boat but had some problems with delaminating plywood planking and a little rot in the bilge. We supported the boat on a series of jack stands so the whole bottom was accessible. The garboards were removed, a couple soft frames were repaired with scarphed in sections, the keel and lower ribs were coated with a sealer, and new garboard planks were fabricated and installed. The boat lives on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.
