The steering wheel principle gives you the feel of the boat while you steer the boat as easily as a car with power steering. Five classes for boats from 25 feet to 120 feet in length.

CLASS I  For boats 25 feet to 36 feet, chromed bronze helms with stainless shaft.

CLASS II  For boats 35 feet to 47 feet, bronze quadrants with stainless pins.

CLASS III  For boats 48 feet to 59 feet, stainless steel ram pistons.

CLASS IV  For boats 60 feet to 70 feet, rudder remains locked with hands off wheel.

CLASS V  For boats 78 feet to 120 feet.

Hydro-Slave Power Steering cuts steering maintenance cost. Because fluid is circulated under power there are no problems with air in the lines. Because the quadrants are fitted with bushings, and because rubber hoses transport power, installations are easier and faster. The helm and quadrant are designed to resist salt water spray. The units can be coupled to an automatic pilot.
