Girls will attend 3 workshops. At least 1 should be a “talk” session.

Due to space, each girl will only be given 1 pool workshop.

Please select the ten workshops you would like to attend and list them below in your order of preference. The workshop you most want would be #1.

                                                Festival Fees                           

$10 per girl for registration by March 11.

$20 for girls who register at the door on the day of the event.

$25 per adult for registration by March 11; $50 for adults who register at the door.
All adults will attend the Full of Ourselves training.

The girls’ festival will be held at the Penobscot Bay YMCA.

 

Girls should wear comfortable “workout” clothing, such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, and sweat pants or jeans. Bring a gym/tote bag with sneakers to wear indoors, as well as a bathing suit, towel, and hair dryer if you plan to use the pool. 

The “Y” does not allow smoking anywhere in its building or on its property.

Please do not bring food or drink.

 

The Full of Ourselves Training for adults will be held in the Rockport Opera House.

*Both sites are wheelchair accessible, but please call Mary

at 230-0170 so we can be sure to accommodate any special needs.

 

Lunch 

This year we can accommodate everyone for lunch! Please indicate your preference.

Once you've sent your registration in, you can assume that you are registered. 

Girls will receive their personal schedules for the day when they arrive at the “Y.”
