I applied for a patent a number of years ago. This was a redesign of the pyramid shape so that it would work harder. Most readers of this page would have read Chapter 28 of Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain. Therein Pavlita states that the generators are of two types, 'cosmic' wherein the machine take energy from the universe, and 'biologic' where it takes energy from a human. The Great Pyramid shape is the basic 'cosmic' design. Understood properly, with our physical (and nonphysical) universes in a constant spin motion, it can be likened to simply hoisting a sail. The amount of clever 'ops' used against me from the time I first contacted the Department of Commerce over this would be for most people unbelievable. Intercepted mail. FedEx packages with patent searches sent were lost by FedEx for some time and finally arrived rifled through. FedEx stated that they had to open to get correct address. The correct addresses of both addressee and sender were clearly marked with phone numbers also. Good grief, it was addressed to the ex Fire Marshal, a FIMA member, for the State of New Mexico. How could they claim they could not find him? Motel rooms were broken into, patent information rifled but not taken. A person associated with Los Alamos, on Los Alamos property, used a clever ruse to take the design in a deniable way. Around this there were people associated with Skandia Labs and Secret Service. I spoke at length with a patent attorney, the only one listed in a small Cape Cod town. When I called back it was a different voice saying he was a one man office and out of town that week. ATT Security stated flatly that that sort of 'corporate espionage' is common and there is nothing that can be done. Two other patent attorneys took money but would then suddenly have no further communication. The second had a physics helper who was then for many months later seen collecting Pavlita information on the web. I find that if you get into an area in which the government has interest, patent attorneys suddenly have no ethics whatsoever. Of late there was another successful attempt to take the information. Therefore, I see no reason not to disclose the 'pyramid-on-flywheel' design publicly. Because of the government involvement, which amounts to no more than goonish racketeering, I still claim the device as my protected invention, and this disclosure at forced situation. Below is the basic design. It is to be made of glass. One should try both plain and smoked glass. It is the angle that is critical, the angle from the center to the inside diameter of the glass. It should again be reminded that the underlying new geometry is NOT 'sphere packing'. Though there is a relationship. In understanding the 230/232 crystal symmetry limit, you must understand that the core 'solar crystal' is in an 'eight limit' twist motion and in 'musical' vibration. The glass 'sail' below, like the regular great pyramid shape merely facilitates the motion. (Letter from DOC insert below)
Notice the date, May 10, 1996. Then notice the date sent in the portion of the request for the classification, it is May 1, 1996. There was prior to this another device which initially was refused classification until it went to a patent examiner and I sent much information on Pavlita. Apparently the first got such intense interest at DOC that the turn around for classification of the second was a scant nine days from the time I put the request in the mail on Cape Cod. Every patent attorney is very surprised at this. The normal turnaround is about 90 days.
