Where: Registration and the race start are on School Street at the A.D. Gray Middle School.  The race will finish at the River Festival tents on Main Street.

 
When: Registration begins at 7:30 am and the race starts at 8 am.

Race Course: A moderately hilly, scenic course through Waldoboro, highlighting the Medomak River and ending downtown.

Entry: A donation to the Medomak Valley Land Trust of $15 for registration.  If you pre-register, you will receive a Mid-Coast Trails book.

Registration: Download an entry form here and return it to the Medomak Valley Land Trust, 25 Friendship St, PO Box 180, Waldoboro ME, 04572. If you are having trouble downloading the form, you can also contact Stewart, race organizer, at volmvlt@midcoast.com to have one e-mailed to you.

Prizes: Will be awarded to the top 2 overall male and female finishers, as well as to the first place finishers in each age category.

Trail Books: Trail books are guaranteed to the those who pre-register, and will be offered for sale during the festival.

Volunteer: Don't want to run? Volunteers are needed to help with registration, directing runners and traffic, and at the finish line. Contact Stewart at 832-5570 or volmvlt@midcoast.com if you are interested in helping.
