This 395 acre preserve contains a mix of cut-over woodland and more mature forests. There are several wetlands throughout the property, as well as frontage along Waterman Brook. Part of the Waldoboro snowmobile trail crosses the preserve and the MVLT maintains just over a mile of hiking trails. The preserve can be accessed from the Burkett Mill Road which is off Goshen Road in Waldoboro. Stop by the MVLT office for a brochure and trail map.
