TALKS & TREKS! Throughout the year MVLT offers opportunities to explore the Medomak River watershed and to learn about important local resources and conservation issues. Event information is posted on this calendar and in local newspapers and websites. Unless otherwise noted, all events are open to the public and free of charge. 	Tour of Lie-Nielsen Toolworks Thursday, October 8, 9 am - 11 am Join MVLT and the Georges River Land Trust for a tour of the Lie-Nielsen Toolworks from 9 to 11 am on Thursday, October 8th. For more information contact the MVLT office at 832-5570. Participation may be limited.
	Antiques Show & Sale Sunday, October 11th, 10 am-3 pm Medomak Valley High School Come see the more than sixty booths of antiques and collectibles, featuring furniture, folk art, fine china, paintings, jewelry, textiles, memorabilia and more. The Medomak Valley Land Trust will have its own booth with antique items and collectibles that members of the Land Trust have donated. A luncheon menu including delicious desserts will also be available. A portion of the proceeds from the show will benefit MVLT.
