Throughout the year MVLT offers opportunities to explore the Medomak River watershed and to learn about important local resources and conservation issues. Event information is posted on this calendar and in local newspapers and websites. Unless otherwise noted, all events are open to the public and free of charge. • Annual Meeting & Holiday Gathering (Friday, December 2nd - 6 to 8pm)

2011 Annual Meeting
Friday, December 2nd, 2011
6:00 to 8:00pm

The 2011 Annual Meeting and Holiday Gathering will be held at 6pm on Friday, December 2nd. Please join MVLT for this once-a-year member event and help us celebrate another successful conservation year. The agenda for the meeting is to include a potluck supper (please bring a potluck dish and MVLT will supply the desserts), a year-end review, brief business updates, and the election of board members.

 Members who have not yet received their letters of notice should contact the land trust as soon as possible to receive the location of the meeting. Call MVLT's office is you have any questions, or need directions at 832-5570 or email at mvlt@midcoast.com.
