We purchased this piece of property on 9/16/04. The land is located in a new development off of Westbrook Street in South Thomaston. Quarry trail is 0.9 miles from both ends of Westbrook Street. This is a new development by Lawrence brooks and is nicely paved. The entire area is granite covered by pine and birch. We are sitting on the front edge of the granite ridge and will look in-land back to Thomaston, Rockland and Camden

I have been clearing the 1.23 acre lot since that day. We have burned 16 large piles of brush. 50% of the property is exposed granite, which will look very nice when we are done. We are building our new home in 2005.

As of 5/26/05 we have the foundation floor and walls up. The foundation floor has radiant heat. 80% of the earthwork and septic system is in. Now we are waiting for the rain to stop so Travis can start building our new home.

As of 8/3/05, the entire exterior and deck are finished. They are roughing in the electric and plumbing. Insulation has begun and preparing for sheetrock.
