Q. Will my item be mailed in a
discreet package?
A. We ship our packages
in standard Priority boxes provided by the U.S. Postal Service or plain
brown UPS boxes for those customers located in the U.S.; for international
customers, the package will be shipped in a sturdy, plain brown box. To
further ensure your privacy, the return sender of your package will read
"D.E." rather than our full business name. Further details will be provided for you when you
order, and you can also request special shipping instructions that we will
be happy fulfill for you.
Q. How soon will my package be shipped?
A. We ship
within 24 business hours. Many of our items are even shipped directly from the
manufacturer, which further eliminates unnecessary wait time. If an item you
order should be on an unexpected backorder, we'll contact you immediately so
you'll always know what's happening with your package.
