Q. Will my item
be mailed in a discreet package?
A. We ship our packages in standard Priority boxes provided by the
U.S. Postal Service or plain brown UPS boxes for those customers located
in the U.S.; for international customers, the package will be shipped in a
sturdy, plain brown box. The term "Clothing Accessories" will be
listed on international customs forms, but no other indication of contents
will be mentioned. To further ensure your privacy, the return sender of
your package will either read, "Saville," "Amoena," or
"CM-Tech" for those packages shipped directly from the
manufacturer, and "D.E." for all other packages. Further details
will be provided for you when you order, and you can also request special
shipping instructions that we will be happy fulfill for you.
Q. Where can I send a check or money

Orders placed with a money order are shipped the same day payment is
received; packages must be held until a personal check clears,
approximately 7-10 business days. If you include your email address with
your order, we'll be glad to contact you the moment your payment arrives.

Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. At Decollete Enhancement, we HATE overpriced shipping! You're
paying for a product, not for outrageous shipping charges. We charge the
lowest possible rate we can--sometimes even BELOW THE ACTUAL SHIPPING

Q. Why won't you take my credit card
number through "snail mail" or email?
A. Complete security of your credit card number is top priority
at Decollete Enhancement. Our shopping cart is completely encrypted so no
one can get your credit card number--it's completely safe, and completely
insured. Sending your credit card number through regular
("snail") mail or email is NOT secure and puts your personal
information at risk. When sending through regular mail, anyone can open up
the envelope and steal your credit card number as your order travels from
your post office to ours. Email messages are not encrypted or secure like
our shopping cart is, and so that is not a safe way to send your credit
card number, either. Your privacy and security is crucial to us and we
would never put your information at risk. Our policies are for your
protection, so if you want to use your credit card, do not hesitate to use
our secure shopping cart--it's the safest way to order.
Q. Is your shopping cart secure enough
for me to pay with my credit card or an eCheck?
A. Absolutely! We use PayPal for our credit card payments because it's
the most well-know, easy, and secure payment method on the internet.
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition,
when you use our shopping cart from PayPal, we'll receive your payment
amount, items ordered, and shipping information only--we won't receive
sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account
number. All that information is kept private and safe for your convenience
and security.
Q. How soon will my package be shipped?
A.
We ship within 24 business hours. Many of our items are even shipped
directly from the manufacturer, which further eliminates unnecessary wait
time. If an item you order should be on an unexpected backorder, we'll
contact you immediately so you'll always know what's happening with your
package.
Q. How do I determine my bra band size?
A. Determining your bra band size is essential in choosing an
appropriate size breast form to order. To find your band size, all you
have to do is take a soft measuring tape and measure around your chest,
right below your breasts (or nipples). If the measurement you get is an
odd number (in inches), add five to it; if it's an even number, add six.
That is your band size. For example, if you measure your chest with a soft
measuring tape and get a number of 38 inches, you'd add six because 38 is
an even number--your band size would be 44. If you measure your chest and
reach 35 inches, for example, you'd add five to determine that your band
size is 40. It's that easy! If you have any problems, just ask!
Q. What is the difference between the
Smith & Nephew and Hollister medical adhesives? Should I use the
Removers as well?
A. According to the feedback we''ve received, the Smith & Nephew tends to be slightly stronger because it's applied to both the chest and the forms, versus just to the forms like the Hollister. The Smith & Nephew also can leave a slight white residue on your breast forms. This residue will be on the underside of the forms where the adhesive is applied and will not damage or interfere with the look of the forms, but
we thought it worth mentioning that a residue might remain even after using the remover. Smith & Nephew is slightly messier to apply because it's applied with a brush (included) rather than sprayed on like the Hollister. Most people don't mind this but some do, so it's worth mentioning as well. Also, the Smith & Nephew is a rubber-based product, so if you're allergic to natural rubber materials this is not the product for you.
Both of these adhesives are super-strong, so it's recommended that you use
the appropriate removers for the best results.
Q. Two weeks ago I had breast surgery.
Are the RETOUCH Silicone Sheets appropriate for me this soon?
A. You can use RETOUCH as soon as your incisions heal (stitches have
dissolved and been removed, there is no scabbing). If you are uncertain of
when to begin using RETOUCH, please ask your physician.
Q. Is there a
guarantee?
A. Definitely. At Decollete Enhancement, we strive to make
certain all of our customers are completely thrilled. If, for some reason,
you wish to make an exchange or return, just contact us immediately upon
receiving your package. Please see our Privacy
and Exchange Policies page. The mastectomy breast forms have a
different warranty per the manufacturer; please contact
us for details.
Q. I'm naturally an AA cup--will your products work for me?
A. Yes! Because the backs of Pals, Cross Here forms, and Transform
breast forms are flat, they work well for those with smaller
proportions--there is no such thing as too small for these products.
Some breast enhancers have a deep concave to their backs, which decrease
the gain achieved. The flat back on Pals, Cross Here, and Transform breast
forms allow for a greater increase while at the same time ensuring a more
secure fit.
Q. I am a cancer patient and have recently undergone a radial
mastectomy on only one side. My insurance company will partially pay for
breast forms, but they are still so expensive. Will Pals work for me as a
lower priced alternative?
A. Pals can be custom made for a proper fit and work well with
women who have had a mastectomy on one or both sides. Simply send us an
e-mail to and tell us your specifications, and we can make a pair of Pals
that is just right for you. In addition, the Amoena, Nearly Me, Le'Breast,
and CAMP forms are specifically designed for those who have had a
mastectomy
Q. My breasts are naturally asymmetrical. Can you help me correct this?
A. Yes. Simply send an us e-mail to determine what size(s) you
should purchase and Pals Breast Enhancers or Amoena forms will be
made specifically for you, depending upon which product you prefer. The Balancia
Shapers (by Amoena) are specifically designed for your needs and are
particularly effective for this sort of enhancement.
Q. Can I wear any type of bra I want with breast enhancers or breast
forms? What about bathing suits?
A. As with any breast enhancers, underwire bras work best.
However, you do not need to wear an underwire bra if you use "It
Stays!" body adhesive or Transform
Patches; with these products you can wear any type of bra in complete
security (even a bra built into a shirt!). You can even go braless with
our various adhesives.
Wearing a bathing suit is no problem, as long as the cups are also
underwire or you are using the adhesive ("It Stays!" body
adhesive washes off with soap and water and cannot be used for swimming).
Feel free to do any of your normal activities while wearing your breast
forms, including swimming.
Q. Which
adhesives can be used to hold my breast forms in place--without wearing
any bra at all?
A. Smith &
Nephew and Hollister
Medical Adhesive are both strong enough to be used without any other
form of support. These adhesives will hold your breast forms securely in
place and even enable you to sleep in your forms! Please note that
these adhesives cannot be shipped out of or into the United States, due to
postal regulations (because the adhesives are flammable, there is a
$50,000 fine for anyone caught shipping the products in or out of the
U.S.) No international shipments can be made on these items. Decollete
Enhancement is located in the U.S., so we can ship these items to any of
the 50 states.
Q. Can I swim in my breast forms?
A. Yes, you can safely swim in both cholornated pools and salt water
while wearing Pals, Transform, Nearly Me, Perceptions, Cross Here, and
some types of Amoena and Nearly Me breast forms. If you have a question
about a particular style of Amoena or Nearly Me breast forms, please let
us know!
Q. I don't live
in the U.S.--can I still purchase from Decollete Enhancement?
A. Decollete Enhancement encourages international orders and we
often ship to a wide range of countries. Please send an e-mail to info@decolleteenhancement.com
for an international shipping quote. You can be reassured that you will be
charged ACTUAL cost only, and no unnecessary handling charges. As stated
above, the only item that cannot be shipped outside the U.S. is the
medical adhesives.
Q. What happens if my package gets lost in the
mail?
A. We've been in business for over four years, and have had only one
package lost (and we quickly replaced it). However, in the unlikely event
that your package doesn't arrive, we've got you covered! If your
item was shipped UPS, we will investigate your UPS tracking number for
further information, and contact UPS for you so we can file your claim. If
the package was sent through the US Postal Service, your Delivery
Confirmation number will be thoroughly tracked. If it was determined that
the package was delivered to your post office, we will personally contact
your postmaster for further information. No matter how your package was
sent, an identical item (or items) will be resent, so you don't ever need
to worry about not receiving your merchandise.
Q. Will you share
my personal information with anyone?
A. Definitely not! We will NEVER share your information with anyone
else. Ever. We don't even keep your information in our records after the
return period has expired--that's how serious we are about your privacy!
