With the launching of our new boat HERON we now have SHANTIH
II for sale. We had many great years sailing SHANTIH II, but our family
and our business have grown and we have moved the sailing charters onto
the new Schooner Yacht HERON. Same quality trips on a more comfortable,
more powerful classic wooden sailboat, and many exciting new trip options
available in 2004. We hope you join will us on the Schooner

The Classic
Yacht SHANTIH II carries a maximum of six passengers, so relax and
enjoy yourself away from the crowds.
We would love
to share with you miles of endless, enjoyable sailing among the islands
of Maine's Penobscot Bay.
See the many
birds and seals on Robinson's Rock (the birthplace of Andre the seal).
Catch a glimpse of bald eagles on Mark Island. Photograph the serenity
of the lighthouses dotting the coast. Penobscot Bay has several lighthouses
that we see on our regular sails and many more that are within range of
a longer daysail. We can customize your sail to be a "lighthouse tour".
You can also sail in company with the Maine "Windjammer" schooners as they
head out for their weekly cruises. You will feel as though you've gone
back in time. And if the beautiful scenery and fantastic sailing isn't
enough, sit back and enjoy our delicious Maine Lobster roll for lunch or
a full Lobster dinner with the Sunset sail. A sail aboard SHANTIH II is
a unique experience catering specifically to small groups and couples.
